Viva Payments is one of the leading European payment providers, has an EU license as an electronic money institution and is headquartered in Greece with offices in various countries, including Germany.
All payments via Viva.com are confirmed immediately so that we can ship your order without delay - if you order before 1pm on a working day, usually on the same day, otherwise on the next working day.
The easiest and fastest way is to make a direct bank transfer in real time from your account to ours. For this we use the German payment provider Ivy, which is TÜV-certified and subject to EU banking regulation. The payment process is super easy, especially via smartphone: you choose your bank, are taken directly to the banking app, confirm the transfer there - done! Your payment is confirmed immediately and we can send your order immediately - just like when paying by credit card etc.

We ship immediately after receipt of payment, usually within 1-2 working days after your transfer. If your bank offers real-time transfer, you can use this to speed up the process significantly. For goods valued at 200 EUR or more, we offer you a 3% discount on orders paid in advance with the code SKONTO .
For orders with a delivery address in Germany, shipping by cash on delivery is possible for goods worth 75 EUR or more. To do this, select the shipping method "cash on delivery" after entering your delivery address. In this case, you pay for your order directly in cash to the DHL courier upon delivery (cannot be combined with express shipping).
We pass on part of the cash on delivery fee charged by DHL, namely EUR 7.99. As with advance payment, we also offer a 3% discount here with the code SKONTO for goods valued at 200 EUR or more.
Due to popular customer requests, we also offer collection from our office address (Ringbahnstr. 22-30 in 12099 Berlin-Tempelhof) with cash payment. Since we do not operate a shop with fixed opening hours, please contact us in advance by email or telephone to let us know your desired item and to arrange collection (Mon-Fri during office hours).
PayPal, like other American corporations, follows rigid “corporate policies” and refuses to cooperate with certain industries based on these policies.
PayPal itself determines what is "good" and what is "bad" - regardless of whether the products in question are completely legal. Vaporizers, pipes and similar products are apparently "bad" - and PayPal cannot support such things under any circumstances. In our case, PayPal initially checked and accepted the web shop, only to then block the account out of the blue after a few weeks.
The reason given to us was that they could no longer process activities such as the "sale of narcotics, steroids, drug paraphernalia, certain controlled substances, or other products that pose a risk to consumer safety." Amazon Pay also makes a similar argument. At the same time, Amazon is selling a large number of Chinese bongs and vape pens of questionable quality.
